Here's a pendant made using a Russian Fern Jasper cabochon. A very nice example of this material, it resembles a fern next to a desert hillside. The elongated shape of the freeform-cut cabochon lets you take in the whole landscape. I really thought this pendant would sell at this year's Alabama Designer Craftsmen show, but it didn't. But that's lucky for you!

The pendant is 2-1/2 inches high and 1 inch wide.
