This big oval cabochon is probably Red Jasper but I'm not sure; there is a bit of agate in it, as you can see through the cab in small places on the right side. The Sterling Silver wrap is simple, with a contrasting angular topper.

This pendant is 2-3/8" high and 1-1/4" wide.
