I found a few of these pretty druzy crystal cabs, and they make wonderful pendants! The high parts of the back surface of the cabochon are partially smoothed and polished to a high gloss. This pendant is wrapped in Sterling Silver wire.

This pendant is 1-3/4" high and 1" wide.
