OK, I think this is a Lace Agate! This is a very dainty cabochon, barely 3mm thick. The lace patterns look almost like little caramel & lavender Roses floating in a cloud. The colors may remind you of a cameo, but the design is not painted or glued on; they are the patterns in the stone. A pretty little pendant!

The pendant measures 1-7/8" high x 7/8" wide and has a medium bail.
