I'm pretty sure this Titanium Drusy Crystals cabochon is man-made; it's a doublet, with a backing of what looks like cloudy Agate for stability. All those details aside, it's sparkly, bright, and impressive! The 14K Gold Filled wire wrap and effervescent topper add to the sparkle!
