My pledge to you is to provide a positive shopping experience at Wire Treasures.
I realize you are buying a "piece of me" when you purchase my jewelry, and I
want you to enjoy wearing that piece of me. I promise to do everything
reasonable to ensure your satisfaction.
I prefer PayPal and provide a secure shopping cart hosted by PayPal. You
do not need to fund a PayPal account to purchase my jewelry; you can open a free
account and use your credit card for purchases. I never see your credit
card number, only the funds which are deposited in my account. I will
consider other forms of payment for US customers. At the present time,
overseas customers may purchase items at Wire Treasures ONLY through PayPal.
Packaging and Shipping:
Your purchases at Wire Treasures are placed in gift boxes and carefully prepared
for shipment as soon as we verify receipt of payment. We mail purchases
Monday through Friday (our Post Office is closed on Saturdays). If for
some reason shipment will be delayed, I will contact you via e-mail. I try
to be sure to notify customers when their orders have been mailed.

Sales Tax (Alabama residents only):
My shopping cart adds 4% sales tax to purchases made by customers in Alabama.
All items are 100% guaranteed against breakage with normal wear. If there
is a problem, please contact me.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase upon receipt, please notify me
immediately and return the item postmarked within seven days. The item must be
returned in the same box and condition with the purchase receipt sent.
Returned items MUST be fully insured. The customer is responsible for all
return shipping costs. Upon my receipt of the item, I will refund the
invoiced amount for the item not including shipping.
Custom Items (Our cabochons):
For custom pieces made with one of our stones from
Bitter Brook Cabochons, I will
correspond with you via e-mail to determine design. Custom jewelry is
created in the order in which the purchases come in. I will give you an
approximate date for completion. Once my price has been accepted and paid
in full, I will work on the piece. You will receive a picture of the item
via e-mail for final approval. If you decide not to purchase at that time,
your full payment will be reimbursed.
Custom Items (Your cabochons):
I no longer make custom pieces from cabochons sent by the customer. Sorry!
