This Chinese Picture Rock cabochon was a new find! Imagine yourself relaxing in a rowboat on a peaceful lake, enjoying a non-alcoholic beverage, with your favorite fishing pole. Heavenly! It's wrapped in Sterling Silver wire with a fireworks-burst pattern topper to keep you awake in that rowboat!

Ocean Jasper Pendant
Watermelon in a basket? NO, silly; it's a freeform Ocean Jasper cabochon wrapped in an airy Sterling Silver wrap! This design was created for one of my favorite new customers. The cabochon was cut for me by Steve at Bitter Brook Cabochons.

Confederate (Brierfield) Slag Pendant
Straight from the Confederate iron forges of the US Civil War, this cabochon was cut from a piece of Confederate Slag from the Brierfield Iron Works in Alabama. This slag, collected from the ruins at Brierfield, is a product of the Confederate war effort before the iron works were destroyed by the Federal Tenth Missouri Cavalry on March 31, 1865. It has a small air pocket on the left side (looks like a dot in the photo). This cabochon was cut for me by Steve at Bitter Brook Cabochons.

Ammonite Fossil Pendant
This beautiful Ammonite Fossil is a bit smaller than some which I've sold in the site. It's wrapped in 14K Gold Filled wire to complement the colors in the fossil's chambers. The pendant is a Mother's Day present for my mother.

Ammonite Fossil Pendant
I have a few of these pretty Ammonite fossils (from Madagascar), and they make wonderful pendants! The cut surface of the fossil is sealed and polished to a high gloss. This pendant has a distinct purple sheen to it; the combination of purple coloring and distinct is hard to find! It was wrapped with Sterling Silver wire; even if it flips over, the back side is pretty as well!

Unknown Stone Pendant
This Sterling Silver wrapped pendant featuring an unknown stone from the Middle East is a custom creation for one of my newest customers! The color of the cab is akin to that of Milk Chocolate (imagine a shell-less M&M candy and you have the color). The kinetic wrap brings attention to the small stone and almost makes it appear larger! The cabochon was cut for me by Steve at Bitter Brook Cabochons.

Chrysocolla Pendant
This pendant is a custom creation for one of my two newest customers! This stunning designer cabochon's shine has the appearance of hammered paint, very unusual. The dark lines are not fractures; they are veins which are very slightly harder than the surrounding material (and raised a tiny bit as a result). The Sterling Silver wrap gives the appearance of water in motion, with the topper stirring the whole pot! The cabochon was cut for me by Steve at Bitter Brook Cabochons.

Cancrinte Pendant
Direct from the Kola Peninsula and related to the Feldspar family of minerals, this rare Cancrinite cabochon looks magnificent in this large pendant wrapped in Sterling Silver wire. Pale yellow with a dark gray matrix across the bottom, it gives the appearance of a rugged beach on a cloudy day. Cancrinite is unusual in that it is one of the few silicate minerals to have a carbonate ion (CO3 -2) present in its structure, but you'll love it just because it will look incredible when you wear it!
